I assume he found them on google.

both the sites are run by security professionals otherwise known as hackers.

The find vulnerabilities in software and release them to force the software companies to release patches fixing the vulenrability (or at least that's how they think things will work).

But this thread is not for discussing if their plans work or not it's for asking about those two sites, and I think I answered that question already.
