need help with download&registration

i need help with the download and registration...

the download server from jms is down do anyone may have a orther link to download it ?

and 2. in the registraion with the zip code when i make it it says in japanese(i have translate it) that it accepted but in the field where normaly if it accepted automatical type anythiing comes nothing, can u pls help me ?
