Need a program...

Would anyone happen to have, or know of a place that has, a utility that would allow me to open .uis files?

Hmm so u can't do it in notepad? or do u need a program for opening the file so you can play it or edit it?

Have you tried notepad? u can open and remake stuff in there

Yeah, I've tried it but it all comes out in odd characters.

OK nevermind, its all corrected now. So far, in the past 5 minutes, I've been able to resize, reposition and recolor the windows it TSO. I'm in the prcess of further investigation.
