Where do I get this if I don't have it?
Googled it many times, searched my computer for it using search thing on the comp. Looked through program list.

I wanna make an UCE instead of using the GGK+DD. I wanna make my own UCE. but I can't because of this set back.

If anyone has info, post here.

click that and Download it

its the Driver Develpment Kit you are looking for and in that kit is the Windows XP Free Environment Builder

Read it until you find the link . After installing it , START --> All Programs --> Developments Kits --> ............................
find out yourself
