Desert Combat .3h LEAK!

well ive found this leaked rar and i decided maybe some of u guys would like to play the latest test version that was leaked out its kool it has all the new things such as planes and everything blackhawk harrier and everything its very fun and i like it alot me and a couple of friends were playing it all the time we kept dropping into the enemies base from the Ac10 i believe its called its alot of fun dl it here

this is not the version that will soon be released by the team it was a leaked version but its awesome and has all the new vehicles and everything well enjoy and when u unzip it, it will be in a folder called Desert_ComBat2 or something like that so dont overwrite ur normal .2 version

extract it in the mods folder in the bf directory and dont overwrite 0.2 :D

when i play a level with it, it loads half way, than says corrupt data? can some1 give me advise? i extracted it to my BF mods directory, w/out overriting .2...what did i do wrong?

Psycho are you running BF 1.31?

I extracted to a folder then copied it to the bf mods and it works.

BTW there are a few servers running it and the choppers are still damn hard to fly!

The Heli's are not hard to fly. As a matter of fact, they are easy. I luv em. U just have to get used to them.. their simple to fly..

I must admit, I'm a bit dissappointed. But I realize this is just a beta. I play wake Island and I love the appache. It's gone on this one, and replaced by two black hawks. The f16s are also gone and replaced by the harrier I believe its called. The new graphics on the carrier are great by the way. I also love the aerial view of it with the water breaking around it.
I just hope the final product due out soon will include all the old vehicles as well as the new ones.

That would be great if you could put up the fileplanet preview version, since the old download link is down. I managed to gett a 123 meg rar file of desertcombat .3h off of the edonkey network(http://emule-project.net/), but it doesn't seem to have all the files, extracting it seperately crashes my windows XP comp, and overwriting the old .25c files appears to crash my video card( radeon 9700, catalyst 3.2). But that wouldn't matter if we could get the real fileplanet thing.

well as much as i want to let you guys get the early verison of it i can't...you need a key thing or something and the file is 147mbs im sorry guys i don't think i would know hwo to get rid of the code ssorry guys but if you can't get it you'll have to wait till someone who can i know how it is to wait a long time for something you want well im out

but after it extracts the second .exe file, it authenticates the key with their server (nqapp.gamespy.com:80), so unless someone can actaully host the mod files themselves, we aren't going to be able to install this now.
