Fraps is a video taking program. When it is run is stays in the backround searching for programs that use directx to attach itself to. You set hotkeys that allow you to activate the video taking. It allows you to document valuble moments in your hacking carreer.

If you want programs to capture such videos, go to Google and search "benchmarking tools" or "video capture program."

I think it has like hotkeys for it, go to the site fraps.com and it should tell you the hotkeys to take a picture and how to make a movie.
