Maple Lag

Hey all i experience LAG on maple global these days heres the story.

Ever since i got maplestory i have never lagged once never ever i have a 3.5mb line , leet comp and i live in NewZealand.

But suddenly a week ago my maplestory starts lagging out in such places as tutorial island and kerning city. These places are pretty essential.

Anyone have a clue why id start lagging randomly? do i need to open any ports etc thnx guys.
