Meso Explotion?

So if i use mesos explotion can i hit infinitive amount of monsters?
Becouse in the skill it doesnt say anything about how many monsters you can hit.

::edit:: It says something about blow 20? Is that 20 monsters?

And is the dmg still awsome? I heard it was a bug that got fixed.
