ok...today i found out i was banned by vac..for using a hack for dod.....and i was wondering is there anything i can do to let me play besides making a new account and buying the games over agian?

You don't buy an account but you buy keys to unlock games on an account.

Means buying a Half-Life 2 DVD, a Counter-Strike: Condition Zero CD, whatever you want to play or directly purchasing a game through Steam.

ok, so if i get detected, i just go to the store, buy a new copy of HL2, enter the new key in my old account and all goes right ? (like for bf2?)

so i can continue play in game like day of defeat source that i bought them in internet ??

You would have to create a new account for the new key, but that wouldn't be the problem.

And I doubt that you will be able to play Day Of Defeat: Source with a Half-Life 2 Key. You would have to buy Day Of Defeat: Source or a package that includes it then.

But then you can just use the new account with the new key/game like the old one, yes.
