Need kms help

Can some1 help me make a kms(korean maple story) account .I get here and i don't know what to put in blanks

well its pretty simple

the first colum u see (bar)

is ur name (i think)

the second colum with 2 bars in it is called the identification codes

the first bar stands for the birth day Format: (YY/MM/DD)

the next bar is tricky

my friend told me its sumthing u get from residence in south korean. so u can only get pass that part if u have a residencial code...

no u cant generate one because they have connection with the database with only the true ones with matching names.

I can sell u my kms account (registered with my KSSN btw)
