Common Hack Terms

If you don't know what a hack does, or a hacking term means, you're in the right place!

[Term - Definition]

ETC.

GG - GameGuard [MapleStory's protection program against hacking]
CS - Short for Client-sided
SS - Short for Server-sided
Client-Sided - The hack you are performing can only be seen on you're screen
Server-Sided - The hack you are performing can be seen by anyone [opposite of Client-Sided]
Bypass - Any program which allows you to avoid detection by GameGuard
Rev - Short for Revision [ex. Rev 800; usually the higher the revision the harder it is to bypass and hack]
Tut - Short for tutorial [a step-by-step guide]
Loot - To pick up an item
Bot - A program that allows you to autopot, autoloot, autoclick, and autochat
Autoloot - To have a bot automatically pick up items
Autopot - To have a bot automatically us a potion once you are reduced to a certain amount of HP/MP left
Pointer - An address with an offset; its value can be changed directly from the Cheat Table
Memory Viewer - Allows you to view addresses and change thier registers
Register - Storage location in the CPU, used to store a related string of bits
Bite Arrays - A block of related data elements
Address - A series of 8 digits which designate a register
Off-Screen - The ability to go out of view

CT - Cheat Table [A saved table with addresses and pointers for hacks]
DD - Short for Disk Drove [aka Zippy Disk]
Disk Drove - A UCE
Serbio Engine - A UCE

Nigg@ Engine - A UCE
Noob Engine - A UCE
Basic Engine - A UCE
Leeked Engine - A UCE
Penguin Engine - A UCE
Respect89 Engine - A UCE

Vac - Vacuum [sucks all of the monsters to one spot]
CSEAX - Another type of vac [Client-sided]
SSEAX - Another type of vac [Server-sided]
Wall Vac - A vac which uses the wall pointers [makes the monsters spawn in one area]
Fly - A hack which allows you to "fly"
Fly Up - Allows you to fly straight up [requires Fly]
Tubi - A hack that allows you to loot items at a faster rate than normal
Item Vac - Allows you to vac items from a certain spot on the map to you
Get To Top - A pointer which allows you to get to the top of the map by changing its value to -100000
Speed/Fast Attack - Allows you to attack at a faster rate than normal
Unrandomizer - Unrandomizes attack patterns and ability points
No Breath - After attacking or being hit, you are still able to change channel
Unlimited Attack - Allows you to constantly attack without stopping
Speed Walk - Allows you to walk faster than normal
Godmode - You do not take damage
Miss Godmode - You will see a "MISS" instead of being hit
Fake Miss Godmode - You will see a "MISS" but you will still take the damage
Gravity - There is no gravity on the map, therefore, you and the monsters can fly to the top of the map
Levitate - Allows you to to levitate in the air after jumping
Swear - Allows you to swear
Dark Sight - You will appear as if you are using the skill, Dark Sight
Shadow Partner - A shadow will appear at your side as if you are using the skill, Shadow Partner
Glide - Allows you to glide through the air off a platform
Invisible Player - You will appear invisible

I've heard of a lot of people asking what CS and SS is. A lot of people use the term, but they don't know what it means. Just trying to help. There will always be someone that doesn't understand so, yeah.

Yeah. You need a Bypass, like GGK or GR208 and an Engine, like DiskDrove or DualEngine [many others].

I must say, that me and probably all of the people in MPC would like to thank you for clearing that up with the noobs. And I would like to take offence to the earlier 8yr old comment. I am 11, I figured out how to hack alone, sure I used a few codes to start me, But I got the hang of it. I know coding, and I believe that us children are more capable then given credit for.

Of course......I do an IST course for my yr 9 and 10 electives....so... that may be a minor advantage :D
