Unfortunately I haven't yet gotten to professional level with flash, but i started out with swish 2.0 which is really easy to learn. So if no one can help you you may want to check that out and the graduate to flash.

There are some premade openings that you can use for a site. All you have to do is fit in the config and it says what you want. One that I have is called high_energy. I'll post it if you like, or PM it to you.
