ok in some scripts and vecs i see this "echo Chimps are out of the cage again ****!!!"

well my question is what is "echo" do

echo simply prints something in your console. If you have developer mode one, you will see it without console wherever developer stuff is printed on the screen in-game. Echo is just a fancy way of saying say back in console.
