Hello.
I just wanted to know if there was some way to view locked maps for Starcraft. The specific one I was trying to look at was Quest Open RPG 1.1.scx So if there is any hack or way of unlocking a map so it can be viewed please tell me how.
Btw, this is my first post!

there is a way:
1 u can open the map with the tool scmdraft (pre alpha)
2 then u save it in another map
3 then u open it with guedit and use save trigger
then u have the triggers of a map
u cant get the terrain

you decompile the map and take out the password :)

there is no password, map locking is irreversible, u can only edit by having an unlocked copy... it inserts alot of junk intot he file header to crash star edit.

umm..quietdeath and asswipe...i have no idea what any of that means. I am pretty much a newb when it comes to any sort of cheat/hack/tool since i dont usually use em. So more help plz. And MeTwoWhat, are you basically saying I can't do anything about it? If thats the case, I guess I'll just forget about it. -Thanks for the help.

if im not wrong, guedit lets you password your maps

well the locking methods i've seen are basicly irreversible so there really isn't a chance of unlocking.

kind of pointless unless you want to know how they do something as you do not have the trigger locations therefore it is useless.
