Help with autoteleport

hey, i have a bot and i want him to teleport with fly wings when nyone gets in the screen. i've read many posts and guides and still can't make it to work.

i've already tried autoteleport_allplayers 1 and teleportauto_useskill 1

here is my config. plz someone help me :s
