How bot use skill after Lex Aeterna?

I have a problem with my Monk-bot config. I am play for my FS prist and bot-monk follow him on TI2. It is necessary to me that my monk use skill Occult Impact (Infiltration) only after I use Lex Aeterna on turtle and did not attack the monster until then while I Lex him. I try to search this forum and openkore forum but djnt find solution. My config:
