how do u get rid of sniper black out ??

Well, a way is to have a hack to automatically remove it by changing settings and enabling features, or to modify the sniper mode sprite so that it does not contain the black out.. You need a sprite editor for that one.

i tryed that but im not sure wich sprite i need to make 255 blue

Have you tried simply replacing the sprite with a blank one?

he doesnt know what sprite neither do i since i dont have a sprite viewer right now....

he just needs to look 4 it...
