[Off Topic] Reduce .AVI File Size?

I have done a video-tutorial for my thread (http://www.mpcforum.com/showthread.php?t=165724) but the video size is too big (73.8mb)

Any idea how I could reduce the file size but still mantain its quality? Suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Why don't you just upload it to filesharing site or one of those movie streaming sites? And you could try converting it to WMV with the free little convertor that M$ have on their site - you can even set the screen size to a more sensible figure...
