A little help with CheatEngine?

I love this program, but id liek to know how to figure out which value types are correct fo rdifferent games, instead of well... guessing and checking them all..

Please Help

any other hints or quickest ways to find value types (Float/Double, Rounded or Truncated, 2,4,8 Byte ect.

Ok, wasnt sure what area to put it in, still would like a tutorial on Cheat Engine 5.3 as far as finding out value type

The fact is, you will have to guess and check them all.

The easiest way to do this is say, with a friend:


Open CE
Attatch it to the process
Search for the value of health (100)
Get your friend to shoot you once
Quickly scroll down the list to the value that has changed from 100 to your current health
Get the address, and change it to whatever you want.


Repeat this with money and whatever else.

You can get inifite health using the cheatengine.. I've used it before.. For infinite ammo, I seem to have problems with but oh well. :)

if the value is dynamic... just make a pointer and them do a trainer
CE is quite handy
