IP/port checking

ok high! was wondering if there was a way in flash to check someones ip/port i'm using it to make a server checker.

can any one help i know how to do it in php but i'm kind of a n00b when it comes to flash. so if someone could post the script or send me to a site it would help alot.

see how it says KoRo is and teh triangle is a red one upside down. thats what i mean it checks my ip/game port. some thing like that :)

Its possible for the IP check but I don't remember the code right off my head. However, I'm not sure but port scanning I think isn't possible unless you do it through java applet.

its for ragnarok online :) i'm part of a server emulator communitie and we host our own servers.

next few weeks there will be a working verion with skills using mysql databases, this also requires way less requirments compared to Aegis.

thanks Oxcide. Yeah I checked it out and can tell it's early definitely. Hopefully they will build it up to the standards of sphere and better. There is no designer tool yet or anywhere else on the net?
