Alt+Tab problem video

I am using my own Zenx Engine which was edited by me and which bypassed up to rev 880 and maybe above.
It is working for MapleSEA on my other computer.
But not for another.
I had made the video to show you all.

So I decided to use DualEngine to prevent this.

It doesn't work for me. After ticking ZF it won't alt-tab back.

I didn't run any updates.. It's a fresh installation of Windows XP SP1..
Oh ya, SP1 does work with hacking, or my brother's computer did. My computer has the exact same config as his with less physical memory allocated in 'winver'
p.s. type "winver" under Start -> Run
And i was thinking maybe there was an incompatibility with a program.. maybe MSN Messenger 6.0? That's what i use..and winVNC server.. mcafee viruscan..katmouse..and soundmax drivers for my speakers.
