What is this? I've put that dll into directory but i don't see any different thing, what should i have or see?

when you run or move your mouse the reticule/crosshair wont spread out.

I've done only the follow things:
-overwrited dll in the specified directory
-edited user.ini(into "profile" directory") for A and D keys(lean and strafe)
-edited user.ini(into "profile" directory") for no Recoil

Well, i've no one of this features.....boh?!!
