Recoil question.

Hey if anyone could help it would be greatly appreciated. I have the retlock hack. Ok no my question is: I saw where u add the line to supposedly make you have no recoil. Now is that the same thing as the retlock hack or not?
Also which line do I put that in. I know it goes in user ini but there are 2 sets of aliases and I need to know which one. Thanks guys.

retlock - stops the reticule (crosshair from expanding)

no recoil - stops the gun from moving when you fire
