Error 10061

I was trying to connect to Niktout RO.
Of course, I want to connect to the High Rate, and this may only have the Low Rate.
How do I obtain the High Rate's information, and how do I put the information in?

I downloaded the most recent files of OpenKore.

you need to find out the server information , then edit your servers.txt
