Is it possible to hook on to the window's kernell.dll file? Or is it to unsafe to do so?

I tried to make a complete Kernel wrapper once.
I think if I had succeeded, it would have worked. But it got so damn tough...
So i'm not sure...

Wouldn't the kernel hook then be able to disable vac's scanning of the memory?

Dont attempt to hook the entire library , just the functions you need. Here follows a site that hooks specific functions. It requires some knowledge in the language you will attempt to code this for.

That might make a whole lot of sense. Is there any cheats out there that already do kernel hooking?

Ummmmmm, I wouldn't try hooking the kernel. You could easily screw up things you don't want screwed up because you would be operating on one of the lowest rings.

I've already hooked it before when i had played Tactical-Ops. It's quite simple. I'll create a template in C for you guys so you can see how easy it is to hook not just the kernel , but any library for that matter.
