True or False Commander Question

I haven't messed with the commander hacking much, however I have working unlimited EMP, Strike, and Supplies when I am the commander.

However, when I force commander (make myself the commander while another person is the actual commander), i find that even though the commander screen comes up, I cannot get it to actually drop supplies, fire EMP, etc.

Only if i resign the actual commander and then win the application to be the actual commander myself does it actually let me begin to drop supplies.

Is this everyone else's experience? Is there no way to force commander (not make the actual commander resign) and then drop supplies for yourself?

this was possible in bf2 but appears to have been corrected in this version of the game-

Same problem. I guessed they fixed it in this game. Now they only have to fix Commander hacking all together :P

yes i get same problem also by the way anyof you play on the 24/7 berlin ff off server someone was kicking our commander other than me :P:shocked:
