Can you use a UCE in runescape, will it do anything like if you change ur health or your stats or anything? I quit runescape yes i know some people think its gay but i want to like get a lvl 3 and put my str to 99 and go kill all noobs, so the main question is can you use a UCE with runescape or no? You can use a UCE in Runescape, but Runescape is completely server-sided game. It will show you your hacked amount of whatever you did, but it's not put into effect.
