Need some help about file

Well i just downloaded an engine and i'm trying to open it but i changed it into a picture file so i can't open it and now i don't know how to change it back so i can open it and use it plzz help me

Err...how did you "change it into a picture file" in the first place?? Right click > rename > blablabla.exe.
