onos charge exploit

i've heard a little about an onos charge exploit, even seen a demo. basicly a marine uses the onos charge move :P

i read through the source of a metamod plugin that is supposed to stop it and narrowed it down the command 'impulse 122'

but i can't get it working, if anyone knows how to do the exploit post it here or PM me please.
