List of console commands?

Hi, does anyone have a list of console commands, including the unauthorised ones ? I remember a post about tag decay time and how you can increase it in the console command and wanted to mess around with it in single player, but I can't for the life of me remember what the command was. Its meant to be so that once you have the enemy tag showing (when you spot the enemy), that tag will show for the rest of the round instead of disappearing after a few seconds.
