He means ogc there simple to install just extrace whole file to desktop or any other folder then double click on the exe and the game starts THEN u hit instert or F ingame to acess the menu.... this is for cheat server if u want to hack non hacking server read the Joolz readme which can be d/led at www.cheat-network.net

no.... he means how to INSTALL
to install first find a folder that you can put these cheats in. suggested use the destop and make a folder. Take the cheat and put it in the folder with all the other files such as dlls. Then double click on the EXE and it should run. It will ask you where is your hl.exe usually it will automatically go to the hl folder but if it does not its in c:/sierra/half-life for CS retail its c:/sierra/counter-strike. then the game will run with the cheat
If you do not have a VAC (valve anti cheat) protected hack then you will be Temporary banned for a week. so find a VAC protected cheat and have fun. also it helps to read the readme

Not alll hacks have readme's cause thje creator assumes u know how to use the hack
