Duppers "Ip ban by tantra"

Tantra Announced yesterday that they're going to ban character who uses duped, upgrade, sell duped items they also said that theyre going to trace the ip address of the duppers,sellers all the characters who has the same ip addressof that dupper, seller will be ban. How can we "the duppers" avoid on banning.....

I dont know if using the proxy ip will help ?
If you gonna use a proxy IP tantra will never detect your real ip ?
Someone has an idea how to avoid this thing ?
