My internet connection is a ADSL which is good and my choke is at 100,is that good?
What is choke?

Look at this picture to see what I mean.

And it can be that I changed my "rate" from 7500 to 2500 becuz I read somewhere that if I had ADSL,then I should set it to 2500 cuz thats somehow better then 7500.

hell no, ur choke should be as 0 as possible and 7500 is better than 2500, 2500 makes it play like 28.8k modem... set ur rate between 7500-9999 for adsl

yikes thats nasty, yeah just play around with your rates that shoukd correct your problem.

you see connection settings? when you open multiplayer change that to dsl

my settings:
cl_updaterate "45"
cl_cmdrate "45"
cl_cmdbackup "2"
cl_rate "7500"
cl_timeout "35"

just work great for me !

I have choke sometimes but i pwned them all as hell ... also without any hack !

I have cable and use 80/80/15000

0 loss or choke :D
