Need Some Help...

Can anyone tell me why every time I leave a server in multiplayer, my computer freezes at the loading screen...also before i enter a server it makes a busy sound then i have to enter it again...it did this with the multiplayer demo also...the demo was working fine until one day it just stopped...can anyone help me????

I have also had the same problem(freezes on loading a new map or quiting) it is quite anoying, i've done a littel searching and can't find a solution...yet. If anyone could help please do, PS i have the proper version :D
this is only with the 1.3 patch btw!
