its a vista transformation pack. poorly done too. u dont even have windows blinds for the transparency effect and ur start button is cut-off

w/e i know its vista and i dont have transparency because my laptop doesnt support it. its vista look at beggining of video i made ce but still has bugs im gonna fix. now im just wondering since people say vista engines dont work and never will i dont know i might not even release and since many people dont really believe me and wont know how to use it cuz its different than the one for xp then i might not even release. but who knows i may be in a good mood.

You actually don't need to know english to program let alone understand simple coding, have you ever heard of dual? Korean person, he built a bypass or more then just one, think about that and research before posting ;)
