I'm currently using Universal Anti-Recoil V2, and was wondering if it could be detected even though it is an external exe, and it does not inject into the Counter-Strike: Source dlls. The anti-recoil script is attached. Thanks!

By vac itself... No...
But if some1 runs a demo of you and sends it to steam in the sole attempt to get you banned.... yes....
But you should be safe unless you have any big enimies....

You cannot get banned by VAC2 for demos of you sent to Valve by other people, they just get ignored.

One of the greatest misunderstandings of VALVe.

Valve states on their website that they will never ban ppl if you send them a demo, they won't even watch it.

Yes VAC does now ban for universal cheats, those that do not inject themselves into the game.

they will not ban regardless of a demo for the fact anyone can use that name and anything could be a false accusation, thats 99% of the reason they are denied.

Scripts still are completely legal, he was agreeing with external applications which may result in anti recoil effect to be a reason and way to get banned by VAC.

VAC has started to not just ban for hacks, but try to stop them working if possible.

Yes... I think that is why some hacks malfunction with Steam In-Game Community being enabled... I think that is why Valve made that, not just for the community, but also to try to make hacks harder to use.
