Question Project VDC Catalyst v1.24

My Counter-Strike just updated today and it seems like Project VDC Catlayst isnt working for me anymore. When ever i run the .exe and then run cs, the cs just closes b4 i can do anythin. any help?

i found out why... its b/c steam updated all its games
