When I complete the registration it says "System error (type:F0001) occured while processing information"

Try it on a different browser, and try changing your IP if you're in the belief that they blocked your IP.

Well, I did hack, but never got caught... + If I change IP, will it screw my comp files or anything up ^_^

naw sometimes it does that i gave it 3 daes then i made a new acc then it worked
