how do you use a script?

i want to use a grenade script but i really don't know how to use it.. do I put it in a file or something or in my console? please tell me

first off, copy the contents of the script into notepad and save it as a .cfg file. Be aware that when u save it, u choose all files and choose the name as script.cfg or something to that effect. Then open ur autoexec.cfg and type exec script.cfg. Once ur in the game you can activate the script however it works. If the script works only when u press the letter G then when G is pressed the script will work. I hope this is good enough to explain it.
