Small C.S Font Names

I have my own server, and I pressed tab to see my score, and later I find out that someones name is really small. I figured out it was not just him, it was more people too. I am wondering how could you make ur name all small. Can you guys help me?:squareeyed:

Join a server

change your name &yournamehere&

were "yournamehere" is your name eg :&xDandc3po&

then change your name again

but remove one "&"

then change your name again and remove the other & :D simple eh?
