maybe he is trying to give us an idea of somthing to think about, so we can create this later on, then he isn't violating the rules...

There are some hacks that allow you to activate sv_cheats on the vac2 protected servers, if Im not mistaking you should be able to activate the noclip_mode... but even if so those hacks are 100% detected at some point so dont expect any help from me anyway even searching after this crap lol...

He specifically asked if there were any hacks (Being hacks available right now) that can do this. That is against the rules.

No, there is no way to use noclip as it is a server-sided cvar. Using noclip would involve hacking the server which would be illegal, therefore it isn't allowed to be discussed on MPC. Currently from my understanding, there are no known legal exploits that would allow for this. Aside from as v3n0m4 said, 1000x speedhack... but that won't work out too well.
