Simple F.E.A.R. Hook !!NEED HELP!!

we had to weekend a lanparty thereby we have testet simple F.E.A.R. Hook… so far ok….with 3 PC, s the program work,s and with 4 PC, s goes the program not it becomes not yet times apparent ..

I know hte File is an DLL ore CPL SystemFile... perhaps there is an Firewall ore Adminprogramm blocks..

From what i get out of your problem is that the fear hook works on 3 of the 4 pc's. I have a few questions tho

1. What is or is-not working with the 4th pc. (not loading, key codes not working, freeses game,, ect.

2. What program are you trying to load the hook with?

Any info will help me help you..

by the 3 pc,s the programm work with an simple double klick. (i don`t use a programm ore something)
And bye the other one´s the programm do absolutely nothing at all ....only the cursor flashes once briefly...
but i find an text report that reads enginemsg.txt ....
perhaps thats the prob...

lol.. that is one hell of an error..

Ok from what the error says a lot of the problem is coming from a dll error. i can not be for sure that the hook dll is the error.. BUT i can say if the game plays fine without the hack then it might be the hook dll.

If other hacks work fine then here is what you can try.

1. Try and re download the dll file you can find the link on this forum.

2. The dll injector that i use with my hacks and everyone else's that never has failed is APM (http://www.diamondcs.com.au/index.php?page=apm) (easy to use just start up fear and right when it shows the fear combat logo {NOT THE MAIN MENU} push your alt + tab to switch to desktop open amp and rightclick on the fear process and select load dll. yes it is a cpl file but u can load it)

3. if none of that works i suggest a clean install. just rite down the product key and uninstall fear combat (no need to uninstall fear main game) and reinstall. Might be a bad file not allowing injections.

i would say give that a shot. if the APM doesn't work a reinstall might fix it. But i have never seen that error before. sorry i cant be from helpful.

Hey glad to hear =) Yea and APM works on almost any program and any file. So if you move to another game or when someone doesn't make a injector for a file APM will work for you.

1. I'm Not Really Sure What O.S Your Running (Hope It's Not Vista),But Try Searching The Web For The Tool You Want To Use, I.E: Apm, Then Find The .Exe File Process In The List You Want To Load The .Dll Or .Cpl Into. Next You Have To Right Click The Exe. File Process,And Load The .Dll Or .Cpl Into The .Exe Process!

2. Try A Clean Installation Of F.E.A.R MP From Scratch.



3. If You Can't Find The Problem By Then Use Hammer In Excessive Force To Fix The Problem,Or I'd Give Up lol ;)

Ok with the APM it still works with vista. I can install it and it works 100%.

So is the program (apm) installed on you computer and does it run? If so it is pretty east to use.

1. Rename the fear hook.cpl to fear hook.dll <--- that will trick the vista system to let you use it.

2. Open up FEARMP.exe (aka fear combat.)

3. When u see the Fear combat logo with the text under it (not the main screen) press your alt tab to return to the desktop. (if it does not want to let u switch to the desktop just open a folder before you stare fear combat.)

4. Open the APM and look on the right for the process FEARMP.EXE.

5. Right click on it and push load dll.

6. Find the dll. and it will say injected successful or that it was not.

7. if it was successful then close APM and resume the game. If it does not work i will make you a injector for the game.

So please let me know how it goes.

Ok if still u cannot get the hook to work in vista then try using the In-jector. it is around this forum somewhere but i cant remember where. When i get home i will upload it for u.

But i am still not sure why it doesn't work on yours cuz i run vista ultimate and it runs fine..

Send The.dll To Desktop,Then Open APM Scroll Down Till You See FEARMP.EXE In The Process Table,Then Right Click FEARMP.EXE, And Finally Load .DLL Into It :)

Ya mine still gives me the perfect aim, which is nice. You should get Retsim_X's multi hack he put up on AgeRage, that one works nicely even with our stupid keyboards.

i open fear Mp exe. and i double click the cpl nothing happens then when i try inject it with my dll injector it wont let me i dont know how to get it up and running someone please help.

ok i got it to work this hack kicks ass total ownage if only i could stop it from auto firing it gets kinda boring when it shoots for u i want it to just aim and i press the trigger not it autofires how can i stop the autofire but keep the aim if anyone could help me? :)
