theres a selection called multiplayer in the menu, select that. You need to create an account, have a valid cd key, them you can join other games.

...in case anyone doesn't know... you can play Black Hawk Down in multi player without a Novaworld account and therefore without a CD key....

when the Novaworld login screen appears, click the link at the bottom that says "To bypass login....CLICK HERE"

and off you go.
