Hacks to get to work

When you run hl2 hook v13... I start up steam, run the miranda loader and then log on a server but nothing happens... How do you get this stuff to work? I appreciate it a bunch.

offsets changed with the update..... need source now... can't edit though hex editor.... need to wait for a different hack.
