everytime i go in a clan war, somebody if not everybody has 999 ping and i cant see them move around on my screen only. Somebody told me it was my router or my secuirity settings on my computer. I turned off my spyware protection and my anti-virus protection. Didbt work. Is there another solution to the problem?

This is also known as agent server error. This can be resolved by forwarding ports on your router ore configuring your firewall.

I have same problem in Daemons. It is harassing, if
Ping Pong or someone else can do a tutorial to get off the error it will be really nice.

Haha, a tutorial on how to configure a router wouldnt be a problem. The problem here is; There are ALOT different routers out there. So that means i need to make like Thousands of tut's...

Same goes for Firewalls, there are also alot of them...

If you seriously want to forward ports;
Grab your router --> search if there is a name on it --> google this "name on router" port forwarding.

I wish you all good luck with that.
