Desert Conflict: Hanger Glitch?

Could someone please explain to me how to do the Desert Conflict: Hanger Glitch, where a player can get inside the enemy's hanger and shoot them as they spawn? :)

But seriously now, why is that? It's not exactly an incredibly secret glitch - everyone knows about it, just not how to do it.

Get in an iraq btr or whatever the hell that little car is with the window...Get near a building you want to get into, then go to the second position and simply get out...The building has to be on the left side of the vehicle perpendicular...
