Im using VDC Vedux 2.07 questions are:

1. How to do i turn off the AUTO SPEED? Everytime i spray it turns on and yea you know the rest

2. Turn off anti recoil..dont want that on

3. People claim that my screen or gun shakes T or F? and what is the main cause am i able to reduce the shaking

I suggest you use the cvar list.
Outside the game of CS, go to the cvar folder and locate cvar_cstrike.cfg. Open it with notepad and find all the entries that you dont wish to have, and set them to zero.
Like your recoil question, that entry is aim_recoil. Set that to 0

Now for the screen shaking.. the entry labeled aim_nospread must be set to 0.

and the auto speed.. hmm /me checks
