Playing GBWC in North America

It seems that hacking GBWC is more interesting around here, so.......I made an account for GBWC but I cannot make a game ID to go with it. It says North American players blah blah blah........ What do I have to do to make a game ID.

That happens me to, I was going to quit Maplestory cuz i got ip banned and i downloaded Gunbound and its not working for me =[
