Basic Game Guide for Hacking Lions (Trickster Online)
Character Builds:
These are a comparison of stats at Exp level 101
1144
HP: 3120
Defensive power: 396
Evasion Power: 25
Attack power of gun: 56
1144 – Weak AC but excellent DP and HP. If your going this route you need to add all of your bonus points into AC.
4141
HP: 870
Defensive power: 96
Evasion Power: 6
Attack power of gun: 75
4141- Great AC but horrible DP and HP. This is a horrible build but if you have picked it put some into DP, some into HP, and some into AC. This is referred as a ‘Pure Build’ and if you plant to hack through the Exp levels fast this is the best choice simply for the AC.
2143
HP: 2370
Defensive power: 296
Evasion Power: 18
Attack power of gun: 62
2143 - Above average HP and DP and average AC. This build will help you after the 6x range the most. Add all bonus points into AC.
3142
HP: 1620
Defensive power: 196
Evasion Power: 12
attack power of gun: 68
3142 - Above average AC with moderate HP and DP. You can get by with this build as long as you’re good with the ‘Hit and Run’ tactic. I would add all into AC for this build however you can go with some into LK as well.
Level-up Areas:
Level 1-15: I strongly recommend the monster quests from the guild for some TM Exp, Desert Beach Field 4 is the best for level 5+
Level 15-20: Since you have your gun you can start to wreck some havoc, train in Desert Beach Field 5, the top left is a very easy unseeable area as well as the bottom area near the portal to Beach Dungeon Cave, be careful around the south end as a lot of people exit and enter the Dungeon Cave, it is the path to the next area.
Level 20-30: Beach Dungeon Cave 2 is great for pirate boxers but they can do some damage if you take your time. From here on your journey will mostly be private so take caution as normal when hacking but remember that there are little people that venture further than the Beach Dungeon Cave 1 area unless they are walking through.
Level 30-35: There are 2 good choices here. The Pyramid Dungeon 1/4 areas would be best suited or Mining Cave Location 1/2. In both cases the walls take a large section of the middle areas out so you will either be confronted with people from above or below your position, for the Mining Cave Location 1/2 it is best to start from the bottom and work your way up top.
Level 35-40: By now you should think you’re almighty with the fast Exp you should be getting. Taking on some much higher levelled opponents is a breeze now so head to Caballa Ruins Field 1/2. If you have followed so far it will be your first training in an open field but as these areas are swarming with enemies there are not a lot of people who will stay around.
Level 40-60: Move on from Caballa Ruins Field 1/2 and into Caballa Ruins Field 3/4. These enemies should be around 40 levels higher then you when you first go but the best part about this location is most things you will find have a weakness to gun, so 5 or 6 crits can take one down if you’re lucky.
Level 60-80: Phantom School, this is a hard place to hack in since there are numerous amounts of people that visit here, it is most definitely an easy way to gain fast amounts of Exp and you will be taking on things around perhaps 40 to 100 levels higher then you. This is also an easy area to catch a hacker so be certain that you are continuously checking the entire area every handful of kills and even if you spot no one take a moment to drill, between every minute or two you may see an occasional person passing by but most often if anyone is near you they will be grinding as well, on Phantom School Floor 1 there is a small enclave where if you can manage you can lure enemies there but perhaps only 1 to 2 at a time since it’s right near the Phantom School Floor 2 portal. If you are least bit concerned that you cannot hack here safely then enter one of the rooms, they contain sometimes 40+ enemies in a room so take them all down as fast as you can and move onto a next room, if you enter a room there is no chance that you can run away if someone is to enter as well they are very small rooms and there is no room to move, very important piece of information that was said on the MPC Trickster Hack Forum is to hold one hand close to the ESC button it is most important that if there is any indication that someone is coming or near get the hell out of there, if you feel safe enough just change servers and it should be alright.
Equipment:
Level 1-10: Start with the Graduation equips until you both have the money and the required level to move on.
Level 10-20: Acquire a Wooden Hat and optionally a Health Amulet and Premium Belt.
Level 20-30: Pets can be big choices for some people, if you plan of taking a few moments to play legibly take the Baby Fox. Acquire a Novice Hat, at level 25 upgrade to Gun Type 2 for a huge change in AC.
Level 30-40: Here if you got the previous equips trade it all in for AC, replace your Baby Fox with a Baby Rabbit, acquire a Power Amulet and a Basic Cap, at level 35 upgrade to Gun Type 3 or a Power Wooden Gun.
Level 40-50: Acquire a Shrewd/Power Classic Gun for level 40 and an Iron Cap, optionally also acquire a Contact Lens and a Steel Health Band.
Level 50-60: Acquire a Brim Cap or a 2 Slot Felt Hood (compounded with DP) and Gun Type 4 or Odd Ren Gun. Finally you should rid of the pet you currently have and acquire Chuck-E, optionally for some DP acquire a Duo Doctor and Acceptance Trunks.
Level 60-70: Acquire Rhythm Earrings (get at least 8 AC on these), Master’s Ren Gun or try for a 2-3 Slot Metal Gun (compounded with AC), optionally if you can acquire a Craft Beret (compounded with DP) do so.
Skill Builds:
This can vary quite a lot when you take hacking into consideration because there are something’s you simply will not need. For me, I have chosen a build that will get you through hacking but also a build that will benefit from if you decide to play legibly, there really is no need once you get a high enough level to need to be hacking lots since you will want to be making money, friends, boss seals and a high status reputation.
The order it goes in is the way I had used my TM points for the appropriate levels.
Stone Strike (Lv. 5)
Gun Carrier
Gun Booster (Mastered)
Invincible Reload
Quick Reload
Stone Strike (Lv. 10)
Armour Destructor (Lv.1)
Lucky Seven (Lv. 5)
Conclusion:
I know this guide has quite a few errors and as this so far has taken me 2+ hours to write I will edit it to fix but will post it first to get it out there> Things i will add in time are a money guide through the levels, TM Exp leveling area guide and accurate names of areas (Yes i do say i made a few mistakes) this entire guide is self wrote so there is no credits needed ^_^ I hope to not see you in the game.
