Where should I bot inside Bellocan?

I just made a new mage, so hes like level 17 and i'm in Bellocan and I am planing on botting all night, so I need a safe place to bot where no ones at and a place where I can level allot or maybe normal, but as long as its safe I am ok with it.

Please tell me where a lvl 17 mage should bot in bellocan.
